Refund processing and arrival of funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date Yiu Wai Limited approves the refund. The 14 days processing period applies to the original payment method used for the purchase.
PayPal Refunds
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days to process and reach your PayPal account. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Yiu Wai Limited submits each PayPal refund immediately after approval, and the remaining time depends on PayPal and the financial regulations of your region. Damaged or Defective Items
Any claim for a damaged or defective item must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt are not accepted. Yiu Wai Limited arranges a replacement or a full refund for verified damaged or defective items, and covers return shipping costs for those items.
